These products are processed under our strict supervision to supply to various markets in the world: EU, Asia, Oceania, Middle East… with highest standard quality, reaching customers’ strict requirements.
Besides that, we also provide independent inspecting service. Our well-trained and experienced team of quality controllers is ready to support you in supervising/inspecting the orders from the beginning raw material until the end of the process when the finished products are loaded on board.

II. Services:
Before getting to an agreement of co-operation, we are going to provide you the detailed view of the factories to help you make the best selection of the one most suited your requirements.
1. Facilities of the factories:
- Frozen system (IQF, freezer, standardized cold stores…)
- Number of workers.
- Working environment.
- Factory capacity.
- Main markets.
- Personnel professional level on technique, documents, logistics…
2. Subjective evaluation of the factories:
- Raw material purchasing capacity.
- Worker skills and quality of finished products.
- Strengths and weaknesses of each factory in processing different kinds of products.
- Treatment. We cannot provide the accurate number; there will be some difference (small percentage). There are different numbers for different factories, even in one company.
- Hygiene condition in the factories…
Please note that we will only provide our evaluation to the factories that we are co-operating with, not to all the factories.
3. Inspection norms:
- Treatment:
We will control the treatment percentage accurate to agreement between the factory and buyer, or in accordance with EU Regulation.
- Net weight, gross weight:
We check the net weight, gross weight, glazing percentage to ensure them to be according to the contract.
- Appearance:
We evaluate the quality of the final products by inspecting the following norms: color, belly, fat, torn meat, red spot,…
- Packing:
- Appearance: condition of the package, quality of printing words on cartons, rider or printed bags, seal condition.
- For IQF 1kg bag: we define that there is only one piece/bag accepted with +/- 30g out of requested size.
4. Other services:
We keep you updated on the shipment process by regularly providing:
- Daily reports on processing rate of the factories.
- Shipping schedules.
- Inspection reports (including pictures and figures)
- Loading reports (including pictures and loading chart)
